Anxiety is a symptom.

Anxiety is the language of your body, asking you to listen.

It’s also high-functioning - wearing a game face and lipstick smile for the outside world but behind closed doors is a different matter.

 

It has a cost. It might be panic attacks, it might also be:

  • Over-committing and people-pleasing.

  • Being hyper-vigilant to other people’s needs and moods.

  • Micro-managing, being overly-independent and trying to control ALL the things.

  • Seeking validation from other people and external ‘things’.

  • Being unable to switch off, constantly ‘on’ and in avoidance of stopping for fear of “what now?”.

  • “I have to…:

It has its opposing aspect:

  • Feeling robotic and going through the motions

  • Apathy and a desire to hide away.

  • “I can’t…”

In a nutshell, an absence - missing the moments in life while you're living in your head. I speak from experience.

Your body is speaking to you. It is trying to keep you safe. Your nervous system needs a little nurturing (or ‘regulation’ as they say in scientific speak).

Trust me that I know tuning in to your body can feel daunting. But it’s within the body - the somatic sense - that you can begin to feel safety, to feel a sense of balance. From a state of sattva (balance) you can begin to experience an expansive, juicy life. Deep down, you know it’s meant for you too.


You already have within you all you need. My hope is to simply guide you - back to your body, back to your breath, back to wholeness.

A space to be seen, heard and to explore what’s important to you.

I guide you to identify where you’re stuck, to release unhelpful beliefs and patterns, and take aligned action.

Bespoke sessions might focus on:

  • Confidence and self-worth

  • Identity and sense of self.

  • Clarity of your wants, needs and core values - your ‘compass’.

  • Connecting to your purpose and developing a personal brand.

I draw on NLP, somatic and energetic tools for mind-body transformation.

1:1 Breath Coaching

Explore your breath as a tool for healing and wellbeing. Release stress and tension, improve sleep, digestion and overall health.

We begin by assessing your breathing patterns, releasing any restrictions and dysfunction. We can then explore different breathing practices to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, increase resilience or heal the emotional body.
